Travel to Malta with just a negative PCR test result is no longer allowed (certain exemptions apply). Guests, aged 12 and older, can only travel to Malta if they have a vaccination certificate, confirming that the full dosage of an European Medicines Agency (EMA)-approved vaccine. Persons who enter the country without a recognised vaccination certificate must be in possession of a negative result of a PCR test which was taken no longer than 72 hours prior to their arrival in Malta.

A physical copy of the test result must be readily available to present to representatives of the local health authority stationed at Malta International Airport.

Any passengers failing to meet any of the abovementioned requirements will be subject to mandatory PCR testing upon arrival by the Maltese public health authorities against payment of administrative fees as stipulated in Legal Notices 229 and 230 of 2021 (EUR120 for PCR Covid-19 test and, if the passengers in question are not Maltese residents, EUR100 per night for accommodation allocated by the Superintendent of Public Health for a mandatory 14-day quarantine).

These requirements do not apply to passengers who are younger than 5 years.

Если есть нормальный евровейский, то ничего не надо.
