а для надежности устанавливать дрова с диска нужно если не сам комп собирал и не знаешь своих комплектующих.

видишь синенький знак вопроса под поиском сверху в правом углу, левее есть ещё одна кнопочка, нажми на неё и пропадёт.

Форматирование одного раздела другие разделы не затрагивает, если:
1. вы выполняете ТОЛЬКО форматирование, а не фантазируете себе что-то ещё;
2. вы выполняете форматирование стандартными средствами самой системы;
3. не было junction-перенаправлений потоков данных между разделами. Но это - редкость.
