Добавить IP сайта в вайл hosts. :}
Для начала, изучи русский язык. Хотя бы азы... "Не" с глаголами. Что Сделать. ЗайТи.

Заходишь сюда "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" там находишь файл "hosts" открываешь его с помощью "Блокнота" и там видишь куча всякой фигни, но я для примера тебе выложил то что у меня там написано.
