I'm citizen of the Russian Federation at the moment, but I have passed all procedures (там же не только экзамен-то) and now Latvia guaranteеs its citizenship to me.
Во блин, про август забыл...

At the moment I am a citizen of Russia, but I passed all the state exams, and Latvia officially guarantees me citizenship, which I get in the end of August.
